I was very happy with the service adviser, and the short wait time for the service to be completed.
Generally good service. This time, however, a tech left a rag in an air intake when changing the air filter. Check engine light came on on my way home. Had to go back to dealership. Truck engine stopped about a mile before I got there. They had to send a tow truck to get me. Not happy that I ended up wasting my afternoon. Service Manager told me what happened and did give me a card stating my next service is on the dealership. I do appreciate that. Gerald Kennedy

This was my first visit to Lucas for service on my 17 Wrangler. Kate in the service department was amazing. I didn’t schedule an appointment but she was able to work me into the schedule! I was so impressed by the warm reception and excellent customer service! Lucas is my new dealer for Jeeps!
